Making the KPI
To calculated Employment Rate, you’ll need to know:
- Total number of Graduates
- Total number of Graduates who obtained Employment during your designated window
In FUTRLI, Employment Rate can be calculated by dividing the number of Employed Graduates by the Total number of Graduates.
