Growth in Members

Why it’s important
Growth in Members or Subscribers examines whether the the number of Members subscribing to the service has increased or decreased from the previous reporting period. Non-seasonal contractions should spark alarm bells, whilst large increases should be celebrated – preferably with wine.
How to create it
Step One
To show Growth in Members, you’ll need to know:
- Number of Members this period
- Number of Members last period
Number of Members is a non-financial metric which will need to be uploaded into FUTRLI via CSV.
Step Two
Once uploaded, you can calculate growth in Members by subtracting Members this period by Members last period. The latter can be selected using period offset.
