Why it’s important
Weekly Usage is an engagement metric which measures how frequently customers are using your product or services within a weekly period. The more engaged your customers, the more likely they are to remain using your services. Low usage should be seen as a warning sign as it indicates an increased likelihood of Churn.
Making the KPI
To calculate Weekly Usage, you will need to collate the number of times an individual uses your product or service into bands, such as zero times per week, once a week, twice or three times or more. This information can then be imported into FUTRLI via CSV.
Once imported, you can display Weekly Usage by adding the Parent Category to a Report Card. If you wish to break down Weekly Usage proportionally, you can do so by adding it to a Proportion Card and setting the Card to display data on a Child basis.
