Days to Refund Claim is a Customer Support metric which measures the efficiency with which claims are handled. Refund Days are the number of days it takes for a claim to be refunded after an application for reimbursement is submitted. Minimising the duration of time it takes to process Refunds is important for preserving Customer Loyalty and Brand Integrity.
Making the KPI
Days to Refund Claim can be measured by importing the number of days it took to refund each claim, by claim, or the total number of days it took to process refunds and the total number of refunds.
If you choose to import the latter, you can calculate Days to Refund by dividing number of days by the number of refunds.
