Closed Calls Percentage
Closed Calls Percentage displays the proportion of calls which ended in a Sale relative to the total number of calls placed. It is an essential Sales metric, which is applicable both at a macro level in order to see overall Call efficiency and at a micro level, in order to see the relative performance of Departments, Offices or Sales Personnel. A low percentage may indicate that further Sales training is required or that the list called contains low converting data.
Making the KPI
To calculate Closed Calls Percentage, you’ll need to know:
- Total Calls Placed
- Number of Closed Calls
Once you’ve imported the necessary data, you can calculate Closed Calls Percentage by dividing the number of Closed Calls by the Total number of Calls Placed.
