Client Candidate Interviews


In Recruitment, there is a general correlation between the number of arranged Client Candidate Interviews and the number of successfully placed Candidates. When more of your Candidates are up for a role it is more likely that one of your Candidates will be appointed. Client Candidate Interviews is therefore a critical Staff Performance metric which measures how effectively Staff are securing interviews. Employees who are struggling to secure Client Candidate Interviews may require further training or performance reevaluation.

Making the KPI

Step One

To make Client Candidate Interviews you’ll need to record the number of Candidate Interviews which are being secured on a firm-wide or per employee basis. Once this information has been recorded, you can simply import it into FUTRLI and display it at a Parent or Child level.
